Exchanges & Returns

If you would like to return an item within the first 60 days for an exchange or full refund, follow this process.  You will need to submit full product photos during the return process. Tags must be on and garment unworn.

After completing the form, an email will be automatically sent to us for approval.  Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and you drop it off to deliver back to the warehouse.  The portal will automatically process the refund/exchange once the return is received.

It will ask for your order email address and order ID number that is located on your packing slip in the box. You will be asked a few questions and upload full images of the front and back of the garment.
