Internet Policy

We work hard to provide value to our Brick and Mortor Retailer customers. As a result it is
imperative Surf-fur has a strict internet sales policy. We work to ensure our products convey quality
and uniformity. All internet pricing must remain at MAP pricing. Any retailer wanting to sell Surf-fur
products online must contact Surf-fur directly. Please read below:

CONSENT TO SELL SURF-FUR PRODUCTS ONLINE

1. Sales of Surf-fur Products over the internet is permitted pricing is in line with minimum terms of
agreement.

2. Surf-fur products can only be sold on the retailer’s store branded website.

3. Surf-fur Products cannot be sold on Amazon or Ebay.

MINIMUM TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1. Retailer agrees to sell at MAP/MSRP, charge reasonable shipping, and nothing less.
Any deviation from these terms will be investigated and taken very seriously. Surf-fur reserves
to right to cease sales of our products to any retailer who deviates from these terms. Surf -fur can
cease sales without any prior written notice.
