Internet Sales Policy

We work hard to provide value to our brick-and-mortar retail partners. To protect their investment and maintain brand integrity, Surf-fur enforces a strict internet sales policy. All online sales must be pre-approved by Surf-fur.

Consent to Sell Surf-fur Products Online

Any retailer wishing to sell Surf-fur products online must contact Surf-fur directly for approval before listing products. Unauthorized online sales will result in immediate termination of the retailer relationship.

Requirements for Online Sales Approval

1. Retailer must have an active brick-and-mortar account with Surf-fur in good standing.
2. Surf-fur products may only be sold on the retailer's own branded website.
3. Surf-fur products may NOT be sold on Amazon, eBay, or any third-party marketplace.
4. All online pricing must be at or above MAP pricing:

Original WaterParka: $249

SurfCheck Hoodie: $149

1. Shipping charges must be reasonable and clearly stated. Free shipping promotions that effectively reduce the product price below MAP are prohibited.

Enforcement

1. Retailers agree to sell at MAP/MSRP and charge reasonable shipping. Any deviation from these terms will be investigated and taken seriously.
2. Surf-fur reserves the right to revoke online sales authorization or cease all product sales to any retailer who violates this policy.
3. Surf-fur may take action without prior written notice.
4. Unauthorized online listings discovered on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces will result in immediate account termination.
