ABOUT REEF CHECK

Reef Check is a non-profit organization that trains citizen scientists to promote sustainable reef communities worldwide. They collect data on reef health, educate the public, and develop solutions for conservation and
restoration. Their work has highlighted the global crisis facing coral reefs and expanded to include temperate reef programs. They are currently involved in kelp forest restoration and aim to engage underrepresented communities through their Dive Into Science program.

The Oceans and Reefs are part of our soul and identity here at Surf-fur. Supporting Reef Check and all the good things they do are one of the ways we give back. We donate our time (CIndy is a Reef Check Board Member) and we also donate profits to Reef Check every year. You indirectly support Reef Check when you support Surf-fur.
